Myra Sinnott is a seasoned energy strategist with nearly two decades of experience guiding the U.S. energy transition through interconnection, transmission policy, and project development. Known for her intuitive foresight and ability to uncover systemic insights, she blends deep regulatory expertise with on-the-ground development strategy to help organizations navigate complexity with clarity and vision.
Prior to founding IvyStellar Consulting, Myra served as Vice President of Interconnection & Policy at Silicon Ranch, where she directed a high-performing team through the entire interconnection lifecycle—aligning site selection, grid strategy, and regulatory engagement to deliver successful projects nationwide. Previously, as FERC’s interconnection policy lead, she played a key role in shaping landmark reforms such as Order No. 2023, driving greater efficiency, transparency, and equity in generator interconnection. Myra brings transmission and distribution-level experience in interconnection and transmission strategy, with expertise spanning both regulated and unregulated regions of the U.S. energy landscape.
